Random items scattered around?

I don't know if these random items are considered glitches, but I have been seeing this around. Like just a few minutes I saw a PURPLE god sword :o

yeah sometimes custom items models interfere with object models, on top of the duel arena, where u can walk, there are deathcapes
in gwd u see spirit shields
its just something i cant change
